Frightguard has elected to simply cover up his rotting head with a motorcycle helmet. The rest of his outfit is simply made to match. He doesn't actually own a motorcycle or even a car though, so he still walks everywhere.

Since his voice isn't bound to his body (ghost rules) he avoids speaking at all to avoid giving himself away. It would be pretty weird if he had a helmet on but wasn't muffled at all, right?

In slight disbelief that Dude keeps hitting on him. Not that he doesn't like it, he's just not sure what he's going to do when it's zombie reveal time. He's considering leaving the country or killing himself.

Each night Frightguard dies, crossing over to the spirit world in order to help Charlotte and the shadows set up the Happiest Day. Before the night is over he reanimates and has to keep Springtrap from taking him out again. On the last night, he'll be the one to light the candles.
